Everyone knows how popular Debenhams is and when it comes to its financial services proposition, we needed to go the extra mile together.
Working on a number of strategic and integrated digital campaigns to improve drive distribution, it was time to up the digital shopping experience – a completely new personal finance website.
Financial services for retailers often can be seen as a ‘bolt-on’ but for Debenhams, it’s a mission to provide the best products for their customers, delivered in a way that works for them too. Following a digital user strategy, we simplified the whole experience, creating a new environment and revitalised content, so that Debenhams’ personal finance products can be enjoyed by more people, as well as making the shopping experience a whole lot more engaging.
