TDG wins Pound Gates account
Integrated marketing agency, TDG, has begun work on a creative and digital campaign for
insurers Pound Gates Group. Both companies have been in discussions on marketing strategy
since last year when TDG was involved in a two-way pitch.
TDG has since been awarded the business for Pound Gates to assist in the short, medium and
long term development of its marketing requirements incorporating creative, digital and
website activities.
Pound Gates' Underwriting Manager, Del Sharman, said: "From the very first meeting with TDG
we were impressed with their unique combination of industry foresight and the extent of
their digital expertise. "
Pound Gates operates in a diverse range of commercial insurance sectors including removals and
storage, tank containers and childcare. TDG's first task is to develop an ecommerce site for
the childcare sector proposition with the aim of increasing sales and market share.
Sharman continued: "We are looking forward to working with TDG on the campaign. We are planning
to launch this Spring and continue activity through the year which will include creating a sector
specific website, an advertising and PR campaign within nursery and related media, and marketing
support at planned sector exhibitions and events."
